Is the audio built into the motherboard?

Remove, uninstall all audio drivers.

Let windows detect and install the audio drivers.

If it is still the same, download the current stable version for the exact model from the audio manufacturer (realtek).

If it is still the same, disable the audio in the bios, buy a soundblaster and install.
