Classic rock song (possibly british)?

I hear this song when I am working almost everyday. It sounds like a classic rock song, maybe sung by a british person (man), and it is like a slow-tempo song.





One lyric I remember is something like "Hey blue bird", or "Hey blue girl", or "Hey you there"





If anyone has a piano, or visits a virtual piano site, I have the notes for the rhythm.
