I am looking for a CRM that is hosted, is pretty affordable, has email tracking, syncs with Outlook, and is highly customizable. Any suggestions?

Reply:I would recommend SugarCRM, it is an opensource product. SugarCRM's OS is free and easily customized. My company started using it a while back and we love how easy it was to incorporate into our office. We used a company called Austin Software Architects to do the customizations. Report It
