i do not want to install the linux but i want to run all sell programs (.sh) and c (.c) program in same simulator so plz plz plz sugest me the best software plz .
Unix simulator or virtual os?
u can use Knoppix 3 or higher version by which u can directly boot from ur cd rom and just run the os and can do any stuffs.just like real OS.
Or u can install the VMware software and in which u can install any OS Linux, Unix, Windows, BSD etc. without harming u r current Windows OS.

i answered your other question as well, why don't you want to install linux, ubuntu is a great free distro. the only thing i see is that you have NTFS and are scared of breaking a partion to allow for a FAT partition.
