Reboot problem winxp sp2?
You can look at the event viewer in Control Panel%26gt;Administrative Tools, or right click on My Computer and manage and look at the event viewer here. Look at the System and Application events for a red circle with a white X in it. These are serious errors, if you find them in the applications, read the error and find out which application is crashing. If it is in the System folder, then look at updates to drivers and Windows to try to fix these types of problems. Usually the dump log is in the root of C:, but this usually has information that you wouldn't understand, and a lot of it is written in Hexadecimal. I hope this helps.
